Junior Research Fellow/Research Assistant: For this position, I am seeking an individual with a knack for wearables and sensors to join as a JRF/Research Assistant in my lab at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence Deemed to be University Delhi-NCR. I am highly motivated to work with a JRF in exploring auxetic structures-based 3D printed sensors for wearable healthcare applications. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with me and Ajay Giri Prakash Kottapalli's group at the Department of BMBD, Engineering and Technology Institute Groningen, University of Groningen, The Netherlands. This is a DST-funded project and the goal of the project is to develop a new class of nanomaterials doped lattice-based soft piezocapacitive sensors for next-generation wearable devices tailored towards human motion monitoring.
Funded PhD positions (2): I am actively looking for two candidates with a knack for flexible electronics, wearables and 3D-printed sensors to join my lab at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence Deemed to be University Delhi-NCR. I have two fully funded PhD positions and a temporary Research Assistant position. For the PhD position, the selected candidate would be primarily working in the emerging areas of wearable electronics exploring 3D-printed sensors for wearable healthcare applications. For the research assistant position, the candidate will be involved in exploring the emerging areas of 3D-printed next-generation Organ-on-a-chip (OoC) technology for disease modelling.
Postdocs: Interested candidates are encouraged to reach out to discuss the possibilities.
Research Assistant with a possibility for PhD enrolment: The successful candidate will join us in an ongoing international collaborative research project on the Brain-on-a-chip theme.
